Sr Afizan Mohktar, MRISM, MMIBPP (FOUNDER/MANAGING DIRECTOR)

Sr. Afizan is a Registered Valuer V1065, Registered Estate Agent E2569 & Registered Property Manager PM1065 with BOVEAPM, Graduated Diploma and Degree in Estate Management from Universiti Technology Mara and Master in Real Estate Investment.

He has been a real estate industry for the last 20 years. He started his career by joining Jurunilai Bersekutu JB in 2004, Cheston International KL in 2005, CBRE|WTW Batu Pahat 2007, JPPH Kemaman 2007-2012, INSPEN 2012-2015, PNB under PHNB 2015-2016 and form his first firm irealty Management in 2016, move to Afz Property Consultant in 2017 and AFZ REALTY SDN BHD in 2018 for Estate Agency and AFZ Realty Consultant for Valuation and Property Management in 2021.

He also has a vast experience in Real Estate Valuation, Plant & Machinery Valuation, Training and Education, Property Investment analyst especially REITS.

He attended Training for 6 weeks as Plant Valuer at Jones Lang La Salle in Auckland New Zealand in 2013.

Siti Aisyah Binti Abd Rahim, Director

Pn Siti Aisyah is Real Estate Agent Registered with BOVEAPM in 2019. She has graduated in Bachelor (Hons) Estate Management in 2004. She has a lot of experience in Property Management and Estate Agency Practice. She has been involved in Real Estate Industry for the pass 20 years until now. She started his career by joining City Valuers&Consultants Sdn Bhd, Henry Butcher (Sel) Sdn Bhd, VPC Alliance PJ, JARING Communications Sdn Bhd and now continue her expertise together with AFZ REALTY SDN BHD.

Sr PMgr Tunku Mohammed Nazarin has 35 years of experience at Jabatan Penilaian dan Perkhidmatan Harta (JPPH) doing valuation of assets and properties especially in Land Acquisition. He also has vast experience in property research appointed as a researcher for the department. During his tenure at JPPH he was seconded as a Property Manager at Railway Asset Corporation (RAC). He is a registered valuer(V1205), registered estate agent (E2811) and registered property manager(PM2452) from the Board of Valuers, Estate Agents, Appraissers and Property Managers (BOVEAPM) since 2019. Apart from bachelors degree he also holds Masters in Business Administratuon (MBA). He joins AFZ Realty Consultant in 2023 setting up a branch in Kota Bharu.

Sr Mohamad Faizal is a Registered Valuer (V1282), Registered Estate Agent (E2978) & Registered Property Manager (PM0427) with BOVEAPM. He has graduated in Bachelor (Hons) Estate Management in 2005 and has been involved in real estate industry for the last 19 years. He started his career by joining Tetuan Henry Butcher Malaysia (Sel) Sdn Bhd, Jabatan Penilaian & Perkhidmatan Harta (JPPH) & NAPIC. He has a lot of experience in Property Valuation and Land Acquisition. He's now setup AFZ Realty Sdn Bhd Branch in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
